1. I understand that initial or final submissions do not guarantee participation in the project. The Art of Iran Committee will review all submissions and may choose to accept or not to accept artwork at any point in project.
2. I will allow the Art of Iran organization to use the artwork that I submit for Children of Persia annual calendar (2009).
3. I will allow the Art of Iran Committee to use a reproduction of artwork that I submit in print or in a digital format (such as a website, email or CD-Rom) solely to promote Children of Persia calendar task Initiative. No artwork or its image will be used by any other projects or task. The Art of Iran committee will not use any media or item for sale.
4. I will submit final artwork in the requested formats.
5. I recognize that all rights to the original artwork belong to me. I understand that no payment will be made to Artist by the committee in exchange for the creation of original artwork and use of the digitally reproduced image of the artwork for Children of Persia calendar.
